How can I create an organization?

Grispi allows you to group end users under organizations and track their support tickets collectively.

For example, you can register a company that is your customer as an organization and assign its employees—who use Grispi as end users—under that organization. This enables you to filter and manage all support tickets from that company in one place.

1. Click on Users in the main menu. On the page that opens, use the search bar to enter any customer information (name, surname, email, or phone number), then press Enter or click the Search button.

2. Click on the name of the customer for whom you want to create an organization. On the customer profile page, click the organization icon.

3. Fill in the organization name, details, and notes fields based on your customer’s information, then click Save.
