With Grispi, you can place your end users in organizations and track their tickets.
For example, you can register a company that is your customer as an organization and add its employees who use Grispi as end users under this organization. In this way, you can filter all support tickets from employees of a company.
1. Click on Users in the menu. On the screen that opens, type any of the customer information (name, surname, e-mail, phone) in the search bar and click enter or search button.
2. Click on the name of the customer you want to add an organization for. On the page that opens, select the organization symbol.
3. Fill in the organization name, details and notes section according to your customer information and click the Save button.
