What is AloTech call integration and how to integrate?

AloTech is a call center software and service provider. By offering a cloud-based platform, it allows companies to manage customer service and call center operations.

Alotech includes IVR dialing, queue management, survey, reporting features that we can do in a virtual switchboard. This integration allows users to easily perform operations such as call management, recognizing the caller number, associating it with requests and performing various call operations.

Thanks to Grispi integration, you can do the following;

  • Incoming and outgoing call management within Grispi
  • Recognize the caller number and associate it with the request
  • Create demand with incoming calls
  • Performing mute and hold operations within the call
  • After call dialing

To Activate Alotech Integration;

  • Log in to your Grispi account and go to the Settings tab.
  • Click on the Apps field under the Settings tab.
  • If the application is not installed, you can install it by clicking install.
  • You can adjust the settings of the plugin by clicking the “Manage Plugin” button. You can deactivate or activate the plugin.
  • You can set access authorizations by clicking on the “Manage Application” button.

Receive and make calls with Alotech

  • Click on the phone icon in the upper right area and enter your AloTech username and password information in the form that opens.
  • Your Alotech integration to your Grispi account will be completed.
  • Update your status to All Calls.
  • Incoming calls are dropped as a request in Grispi and the number is recognized and associated with existing requests. You records are added to the relevant ticket.
  • With Alotech, you can make your customer calls from within the tickets with the call now button.

Grispi AloTech integration enables users to manage their call center operations through a cloud-based system. With AloTech integration, call center setup can be done quickly and calls can be answered. Customer requests can be responded to one-to-one, call records can be accessed and communication can be maintained through various channels. Grispi also supports your decision-making processes by analyzing call center data.
