What is AloTech call integration and how to integrate?

AloTech is a call center software and service provider. By offering a cloud-based platform, it allows companies to manage customer service and call center operations.

AloTech includes IVR dialing, queue management, surveys, and reporting features that can be managed via a virtual switchboard. This integration allows users to easily perform operations such as call management, recognizing the caller’s number, associating it with tickets, and executing various call functions.

Thanks to Grispi integration, you can do the following;

  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls within Grispi
  • Recognize the caller’s number and associate it with a ticket
  • Create a ticket from incoming calls
  • Perform mute and hold operations during a call
  • Use post-call dialing features

To Activate Alotech Integration;

  • Log in to your Grispi account and go to the Settings tab.
  • Click on the Apps section under Settings.
  • If the application is not installed, click Install to install it.
  • Adjust plugin settings by clicking the Manage Plugin button. You can activate or deactivate the plugin.
  • Set access permissions using the Manage Application button.

Receiving and Making Calls with AloTech:

  • Click the phone icon in the upper right corner and enter your AloTech username and password in the form that appears
  • Your AloTech integration with Grispi will then be completed.
  • Update your status to All Calls.
  • Incoming calls are logged as tickets in Grispi. The number is recognized and associated with existing tickets. Call records are added to the relevant ticket.
  • With AloTech, you can make customer calls directly from within the ticket using the Call Now button.
