How to Integrate Play Store in Grispi?

Grispi allows you to collect customer feedback from different channels in a single dashboard. Google Play Store app reviews can be dropped into Grispi as tickets and your teams can respond to them quickly.

With this integration, all comments that come to your app become a support record, and you can easily filter and manage unresolved feedback.

πŸ”§ How to Integrate?

To integrate Google Play Store reviews into Grispi, you need to access Google My Business via G-Social.

1️⃣ Enter Google My Business via G-Social

2️⃣ Upload Required Information and File

a) Package Name (Application Name)

  • In the Google Play Store, enter the package name at the address of your app here
    (ex: com.grispi.mobiluygulama)

b) Add JSON Authorization File

This file is mandatory for Google API access. It is downloaded with the following steps:

  1. Sign in to your Play Store Developer Console account
  2. Select your application
  3. API access or go to the “Service Account” tab
  4. Create an authorized service account and download the key file in JSON format
  5. Upload this JSON file to the relevant field in G-Social

πŸ“Ž This file allows you to securely pull comments from your app.

  1. Complete the integration by pressing the Save button

🧩 Filter Creation: Tracking Unresolved Comments

Once the integration is complete, each new comment becomes a ticket. It is recommended to create a custom filter to see if comments have been resolved.

Filter Steps:

  1. From the left menu, go to Settings > Filters > Add Filter tab
  2. Filter name: Google Play Store – Unresolved Comments
  3. Conditions:
    • Channel = Google Play Store
    • Status < Solved

This filter allows you to track all unanswered or inactive app comments in a separate view.

βœ… Benefits of Integration

  • No need to manually check app reviews
  • Every comment becomes a support request registered in the system
  • In-team routing, responding and follow-up in one place
  • Comments can be categorized, tagged and reported
