To integrate reviews on Google My Business into Grispi, you need to use the G-Social infrastructure.


1οΈβ£ Go to Google My Business Channel via G-Social
- Log in to your Grispi dashboard
- From the left menu, click on Settings > Channels > Social Media > G-Social
- Find Google My Business in the channel list and click
2οΈβ£ Authorize Your Google Business Account
- On the screen that opens, log in with the corporate Gmail account used in the management of your business
- When you authorize your Google account, the corresponding business profile is automatically matched
- Once the connection is complete, all new comments from Google will start to be imported into Grispi
