1️⃣ Log in to ConnexEase via G-Social

  1. Access your Grispi dashboard
  2. From the left-hand menu, go to Settings > Channels > Social Media > G-Social
  3. On the page that opens, select the ConnexEase provider
  4. Log in to ConnexEase using your email and password
  5. Once connected, your Facebook page will be automatically linked and matched

🔐 Note: Your Facebook Business account must have the necessary page management permissions for this integration to work.


🧩 Creating a Filter: Track Facebook Messages

After integration, Facebook Messenger messages will be logged as support tickets in the system. You can create a filter to track and manage these messages efficiently.

Filter Setup Instructions:

  1. Go to Settings > Filters > Add Filter
  2. Enter a name for the filter (e.g., Facebook Tickets – Yesterday)
  3. Define the conditions:
    • Channel = Facebook
    • Ticket Creation Date = Yesterday
  4. Click Save

This filter will list all messages received via Facebook Messenger yesterday, helping your team focus on timely responses.
