- Log in to your Grispi dashboard
- From the left menu, click on Settings > Channels > Social Media > G-Social
- On the page that opens, select the ConnexEase provider
- On the ConnexEase login screen, enter your email and password
- After connecting, the channel matching your Facebook page is automatically defined

Once the integration is complete, you can define a custom filter to filter incoming Facebook messages and track them in a separate view.
