How can I make data fields mandatory for the ticket?

Yes, you can set data fields as mandatory when creating or editing them.

In the Administration panel, go to the Ticket Fields tab and select the ticket field you want to update.

In the Required Field section, choose the appropriate option from:

  • Not Required
  • Required to Submit a Ticket
  • Required to Resolve a Ticket
