To manage your processes easily using data fields and forms, you can create the desired form in the system yourself—without writing any code.

  • You can manage your ticket data fields by following the steps below:

1. Go to the Settings page and select the Ticket Fields submenu from the left.

2. Click the + Add button to add a new ticket data field.

3. On this page, you can view the default data fields provided by the system and create custom fields to enter text, select multiple or single options, or enter numeric values.
