A domain name will be assigned to you based on the company name you entered during your Grispi registration. All emails sent to [email protected] will automatically be created as support tickets.
You can also convert emails sent to your company email or any other email address into tickets in Grispi.
To do this, you need to forward the emails received at your address to [email protected].
