How Can I Create Advanced Reports?

Advanced Report

Advanced reports allow you to create detailed and customized reports based on specific criteria you set. This allows you to better analyze your customer service or sales performance and drill deeper into specific data.

  • Log in to your Grispi account and go to the administration panel.
  • Click on the Advanced Reports tab. If you have reports you have created, they will be listed in this field.
  • Click on the Add Advanced Report button to add a new report.
  • Enter the title and description for the report you want to add.
  • Select who the filter will be visible to. You can make the filter visible for all users, only for yourself, for certain users or groups.
  • You can copy conditions from your existing filters or add new conditions for your report.
  • To copy the conditions of your existing filters, click on the Copy Conditions of Existing Filters button and select the filter you want to copy.
  • When you click the Copy button, the conditions of your existing filter will be added and you can create your report with those conditions.
  • If you want to create new conditions, please fill in the Date Conditions, Request Conditions, Requestor Conditions fields in the Conditions field.

Date Conditions: Allows you to add conditions related to tickets created, resolved or updated within a specific date range. For example, if you want to see the tickets created in the previous month in your report, you can use the “Created Date” condition and set this condition to “Previous Month”. This way your report will only include tickets from a specific time period.

Request Conditions: Rules that allow you to add conditions based on specific ticket fields, content or characteristics of the tickets. For example; If you want to create a report about the requests received with the Cancel / Return form, you can select the Form condition and select the Cancel / Return form.

You can customize your special request fields, channel, topic, priority, status, etc. that you add with the request conditions. You can add conditions for many fields and create reports.

Requester Conditions: Rules that allow you to filter tickets by requester fields or organization.

  • Under Sort you can choose how you want to sort the tickets. You can sort requests ascending or descending by type, priority, status, creation date, update date or resolution date.
  • Create your report by clicking the Create button.
  • You can view your advanced reports from the Advanced Reports tab on the left tab.

Advanced reports can be customized according to the specific criteria you set, allowing you to create reports that are precisely tailored to the needs of your business. With this feature, you can conduct more in-depth analysis in your performance tracking and strategic decision-making processes.
