Grispi Integration with ConnexEase: Social Media and WhatsApp Management

ConnexEase is a platform for social media and WhatsApp integrations.
Grispi can convert messages received via ConnexEase into support requests. Thus, communication requests from all messaging channels can be managed from a single center.

🔗 Supported Channels

Channels you can connect to Grispi via ConnexEase:

• 📩 WhatsApp Business
• 💬 Facebook Messenger
• 💬 Instagram Direct
• 💬 Instagram Comments

Messages from these channels automatically appear as tickets in Grispi.

⚙️ How to Integrate?

1️⃣ Go to Connexease Channel via G-Social

1. Login to the Grispi dashboard
2. From the left menu, click on Settings > Channels > Social Media > G-Social
3. Find Connexease in the channel list and click

2️⃣ Login to Connexease

• Log in to the ConnexEase system with your e-mail address and password on the screen that opens
• Defined channels are matched with Grispi and started to be used

⚠️ Note Channel connections must be defined in advance via ConnexEase.

🧩 Filter Creation

Special filters can be defined for each channel. This makes it possible to track messages separately.

Example filters:

• Channel = WhatsApp, Status < Solved
• Channel = Instagram, Request creation date = Yesterday
• Channel = Facebook, Assigned user = Empty
