What Are Messages?
After a campaign is sent, a message is generated for each targeted subscriber. Each message represents a single email.
To view all messages, click on the Messages link in the side menu.
Messages are categorized into two types:
- Drafts
- Sent
Drafts
Draft messages are created when Queue as Draft is selected as the sending behavior during campaign setup.
- Displays a list of all draft messages.
- Allows you to preview each message before sending.
- To send a draft, click the Send Now button — the message will then be delivered to the corresponding subscriber.
Sent
Sent messages refer to emails that have been successfully delivered as part of a campaign.
- The Sent Tab:
- Displays a list of all successfully sent messages.
- Allows you to monitor and filter the status of delivered messages for performance insights.
This system gives you full control over the messaging process in the Grispi Bulk Email Portal. You can manage drafts with precision and track the delivery and performance of each message, helping you optimize future campaigns.
