After a campaign is sent, a message is created for each targeted subscriber. A message represents a single email. You can click on the Messages link in the side menu to see all your messages.
Messages can be of two types:
- Drafts
- Sent to
Drafts
Drafts are messages created when Queue as Draft is selected as the campaign sending behavior.
- Drafts Tab:
- Provides a view listing all draft messages.
- Allows you to preview the last message before sending it.
- Send to:
The draft message is sent to the subscriber only when you click on the Send Now button.
Sent to
Sent represents the messages of the campaign that were successfully sent.
- Sent Tab:
- Provides a view listing all sent messages.
- You can use this page to monitor and filter the status of your messages.
This system allows you to easily manage and track the messages of your campaigns with the Grispi Bulk E-Mail Portal. It allows you to have control over drafts and monitor the performance of the messages sent.
