Tags provide a convenient way to group subscribers for targeted communication. For example, you can create one tag for your monthly newsletter and another for customers interested in new product launches.
Tags are entirely optional. A subscriber can be assigned one, multiple, or no tags at all.
Viewing Tags
To view your tags, click the Tags button on the Subscribers page. This will redirect you to the Tags page, where all existing tags are listed.
Adding and Updating Tags
Via the Application Interface
- Add a New Tag: On the Tags page, click the New Tag button.
- Edit a Tag: Locate the tag you want to edit in the list and click the Edit button.
Tag Properties:
Each tag requires only one attribute:
- Name (must be unique within the workspace)
Via API
Tags can also be managed programmatically. Please refer to the Tag API documentation for details.
Deleting Tags
Via the Application Interface
- Navigate to the Tags page.
- Find the tag you want to delete and click the Delete button next to it.
