Tags provide a convenient way to group subscribers together. For example, you can create a tag for your monthly newsletter and another tag for customers who want to be notified about a new product launch.
Tags are completely optional; a subscriber can be assigned one tag, multiple tags or no tags at all.
Display Tags
To see a list of your tags, click the Tags button on the subscribers page. This will redirect you to the tags page.
Adding and Updating Tags
- Through the Application Interface:
- Add a New Tag: Go to the Tags page and click on the New Tag button.
- Tag Update: Click the Edit button opposite the tag you want to edit from the tag list. Tag Properties:
- Each tag requires only one Name. This name must be unique among all tags in the current workspace.

Label Deletion
- Through the Application Interface:
- Go to the Tags page.
- Find the tag you want to delete in the list and click the Delete button opposite it.
This system allows you to manage your subscribers in an organized way through tags in the Grispi Bulk Email Portal. Creating, editing and deleting tags is simple and user-friendly.
