Grispi allows customizability of all areas according to your uses. You can customize all your CRM data on the system to fit your company’s processes.
With custom data fields and forms, you can customize all forms on Grispi according to your own processes and ensure that all necessary data is recorded and can be tracked by your entire team.
In order to easily manage your processes with data fields and forms, you can create the form you want on the system yourself without having to write any code.
- You can manage your ticket data fields by following the steps below.
1. Go to the Settings page, select the Ticket Fields submenu from the left.
2. Click the +Add” button to add a ticket data field.
3. On this page you can see the data fields that the system automatically defines for you and you can create data fields where you can enter text, multiple selection, single selection, numeric values.
