You can easily manage your subscription and billing processes on the Grispi platform.
- After logging into your management account, click on“Settings” in the left-hand menu.
- Click on the“Subscription” tab under the Settings menu.
In this section you can see your current subscription plan and its details.
- Subscription Plan: Shows the type of your subscription.
- Payment Date: Indicates the next payment date.
- Subscription End Date: Indicates the date when your subscription will end.
- Subscription Start Date: Indicates the date your subscription started.
- Number of Users: Shows the number of users covered by the subscription.
- Automatic Renewal: Specifies whether the subscription will be renewed automatically.
- Under the“Account Limits” tab, you can check your total and remaining limits. These limits include various metrics such as total number of outstanding requests, number of active users, number of active filters.
- You can change your subscription plan or update your existing plan by clicking on the“Manage Subscription” button.
