What is Oprisus (Solveline) Call Integration and How to Activate it?

Grispi integrates with Oprisus (Solveline) call center software to efficiently manage your customer service and communication processes. Solveline, also known as Oprius, is a cloud-based call center solution. Thanks to this integration, businesses can increase customer satisfaction and maximize operational efficiency by performing call management on a single platform.

With the Grispi integration you can do the following;

  • Cloud call center Oprisus (Solveline) integration in Grispi can manage incoming and outgoing calls.
  • It enables automatic recognition of incoming calls and associates them with related requests.
  • Automatically generate tickets for incoming calls. This feature enables customer service agents to create tickets directly from incoming calls and helps manage customer issues more effectively.
  • Integration offers the possibility to analyze and report on customer call data. This plays a critical role in assessing and improving service quality.
  • Quick access to call history and customer information enables agents to provide more effective and personalized service. This increases customer satisfaction.

To Activate Oprisus Integration;

  • Log in to your Grispi account and go to the Settings tab.
  • Click on the Apps area under the Settings tab.
  • If the application is not installed, you can install it by clicking Install.
  • You can adjust the settings of the plugin by clicking the “Manage Plugin” button. You can deactivate or activate the plugin.
  • You can set access authorizations by clicking the “Manage Application” button. The Call field will be active for the selected group users in the Grispi account.

Receive and make calls with Oprisus

  • For your Oprisus account connection, please send your user information and internal information to the Grispi team. After our team provides integration for the relevant users, Oprisus (Solveline) integration to your Grispi account will be completed. You can receive and make searches from within Grispi.
  • Update your status to All calls .

You can make customer calls with the “call” button in the requests.
