What is Oprisus (Solveline) Call Integration and How to Activate It?

With the Grispi–Oprisus integration, you can:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls directly within Grispi using the cloud-based Oprisus (Solveline) infrastructure.
  • Automatically recognize incoming calls and link them to relevant support tickets.
  • Auto-generate tickets from incoming calls, allowing agents to record and respond to customer issues more effectively.
  • Access detailed call analytics and reports, helping you monitor service quality and identify areas for improvement.
  • View call history and customer details instantly to deliver faster, more personalized service — leading to higher customer satisfaction.

How to Activate the Oprisus Integration

  • Log in to your Grispi account and go to the Settings tab.
  • Click on the Apps section under Settings.
  • If the Oprisus application is not yet installed, click Install to add it.
  • Click Manage Plugin to activate or deactivate the plugin.
  • Click Manage Application to set access permissions for specific user groups. The “Call” feature will be enabled for selected users within Grispi.

Receiving and Making Calls via Oprisus

To connect your Oprisus account with Grispi:

  • Send your user credentials and extension (internal) number to the Grispi team.
  • Once the integration is completed by our team, you will be able to receive and make calls directly within Grispi.
  • Update your status to “All Calls” to begin managing calls.

Use the “Call” button within ticket details to contact customers instantly.
