On the Grispi platform, you can designate which group will use the call application and determine who has access to call records.
- First, go to the Settings section of the Grispi main menu, then click Call under Channels in the left-side menu.

- On the Call settings screen, you will see a drop-down menu titled Call App Group. From this menu, select the group that will use the call application (the default option is Call).
- In this section, you can specify who can access call records. There are two options:
- All Team Members: All members of your team can access call records.
- Admin Only: Only users with admin privileges can access call records.
- After making the necessary selections, click Save Changes in the bottom-right corner of the screen. This applies your settings.
- Accounts with the chosen authorization level can view call-record details and listen to call recordings within tickets.
