On the Grispi platform, you can select the group that will use the call application from your admin account and determine who has access to the call records.
- First, go to the“Settings” section of the Grispi main menu. Click on “Call” under “Channels” in the left side menu.
- In the call settings screen, you will see a drop-down menu under the title“Call App Group“. From this menu, you can select the group that will use the call application. Usually this option is set to“Call“.
- In this section, you can specify who can access the call records. There are two options:
- All Team Members: If you check this option, all members of your team will have access to call records.
- Admin Only:If you check this option, only users with admin authorization can access call records.
- After making the necessary selections, click on the“Save Changes” button at the bottom right corner of the screen. This will ensure that your settings are valid.
- Accounts of the user type you select can view the details of call recordings and listen to call recordings within the tickets.
