Follow the steps below to upload or update your WhatsApp Business profile photo using Meta’s Business tools:
STEPS
- Log in to Meta Business Suite
- Navigate to Settings
- Click on WhatsApp Accounts
- Click on WhatsApp Accounts
- Select your WhatsApp Account from the list
- Click the three dots (⋮) menu next to your account
- Select WhatsApp Manager
- In WhatsApp Manager, go to Settings
- Click on Profile
- Click Upload Profile Photo to add or change your photo
