You can automatically convert emails sent to your company inbox—or any designated email address—into support tickets in Grispi.
To do this, simply forward incoming emails to the following address:
[email protected]
Additionally, if you have integrated your call center, incoming calls can also automatically generate tickets.

All emails received through Grispi-linked mail groups will appear under the Unassigned Tickets filter unless a predefined trigger is set to assign them.
Automatically generated tickets do not have an assigned agent by default. You can manually assign them to relevant team members from the Unassigned Tickets section.
