Can I merge multiple tickets for the same customer?

Yes, it is possible in CRM systems for a person to have multiple records. In this context, click on the “Merge Ticket- X with another here” field in the conversation area.

The previous tickets of your last user will be listed in front of you for your ticket merge. From this page, you can complete the process by choosing to merge with the ticket you want or not to merge with any ticket.
