Can I merge multiple tickets for the same customer?

Yes, it is possible for a person to have multiple records in CRM systems. In this context, click on the “Merge Ticket – X with another here” option in the conversation area.

The previous tickets of the relevant user will be listed for you to review. From this page, you can either select the ticket you want to merge with and complete the process, or choose not to merge with any ticket.
