Active Applications and Management

Grispi’s Applications area allows you to view and manage the active applications in your system in an aggregated way. Here, users can handle various customer-communication channels and integrations from a single place. By opening the Applications menu in Grispi, you can see and manage your existing integrations.

Below are some of the apps you can manage from the Grispi Applications area:

  1. Call (Alotech): Communicate with your customers through the Alotech Call app.
  2. Call (Oprius): Communicate with your customers using Oprius, an alternative call application.
  3. Chat: Communicate with your customers via the Chat app.

For each application, click Manage App to open its management page. From there, you can adjust the app’s settings, assign access permissions, and check whether the app is active.

Manage Plugin: Click this button to configure the plugin’s settings. You can activate or deactivate the plugin as needed.
