Grispi’s applications area is an area that allows you to view and manage the active applications on your system in an aggregated way. This area allows users to manage various customer communication channels and integrations in one place. By going to the Applications menu in Grispi, you can see and manage your existing integrations.
Here are some of the apps you can manage from the Grispi apps area:
- Call (Alotech): You can communicate with your customers using the Call app.
- Call (Oprius): You can communicate with your customers using Oprius, a different call application.
- Chat: You can communicate with your customers using the Chat app.
For each application, you can access the management page of the relevant application by clicking the“Manage App” button. From this page, you can adjust the app’s settings, set access authorizations and check if the app is active.
Manage Plugin: By clicking this button, you can adjust the settings of the plugin. You can deactivate or activate the plugin.
