You can tailor all CRM data in the system to match your company\u2019s processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With custom data fields and forms, you can adapt all forms in Grispi to your workflows, ensuring that all necessary information is recorded and can be tracked by your entire team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To manage your processes easily using data fields and forms, you can create the desired form in the system yourself\u2014without writing any code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You can manage your ticket data fields by following the steps below:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Go to the <strong>Settings<\/strong> page and select the <strong>Ticket Fields<\/strong> submenu from the left.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.
