For example, when a customer submits a ticket on a specific topic, you can automatically route it to the relevant department or support agent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Click on <strong>Settings \u2192 Business Rules \u2192 Triggers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.
