You can also update the status, priority, assignee, type, or any other form fields in bulk and send emails collectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grispi allows you to perform the following bulk operations on tickets:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Change assignee<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Update ticket fields<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Change status (New, Open, Pending, Suspended, Closed, Resolved)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Send emails<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copy values<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The bulk change steps are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bulk modification mode is located at the top right of the ticket lists in the filters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open one of your filters and select the tickets you want to update.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can select the tickets you want to update individually from the boxes on the sides, or you can select the entire list by clicking on the checkbox in the upper left corner of the view.
