Here, you can view a list of previously sent bulk messages. To compose a new message, click the <strong>Create New<\/strong> button in the upper-right corner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Connexease Panelinden Whatsapp ile Toplu Mesaj G\u00f6nderme Nas\u0131l Yap\u0131l\u0131r?\" width=\"643\" height=\"362\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/wS_ExsSUJGg?feature=oembed&#038;enablejsapi=1&#038;origin=https:\/\/support.grispi.com\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Single\/Multiple Recipients<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the sending screen, you can choose <strong>Single Recipient<\/strong> if you\u2019re sending the message to one person, or <strong>Multiple Recipients<\/strong> if you&#8217;re sending it to more than one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If sending to a single recipient, enter their <strong>country code<\/strong>, <strong>phone number<\/strong>, and <strong>name<\/strong> in the <strong>Customer Information<\/strong> field to save the details in the panel. If the customer\u2019s name is unknown, you may leave this field blank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before sending your message, make sure to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select the WhatsApp channel you want to use.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose the draft message you want to send.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the agent group to assign the message to. If <strong>Everyone<\/strong> is the only available option, select it to proceed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose the action that best fits your workflow:<br>\u2013 <strong>Assign to Me and Move to Archive<\/strong>: The message is assigned to the sender, and the conversation appears in their inbox.<br>\u2013 <strong>Unassign and Archive<\/strong>: The message is not assigned to anyone and will only appear in the archive. If the customer replies, a new conversation will appear in the inbox.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If your draft message includes an image, video, document, or location, be sure to select these attachments before sending.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the message contains variables, fields like <strong>Param 1<\/strong> and <strong>Param 2<\/strong> will appear during editing. You can assign different values to these variables by filling in the corresponding fields.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Uploading Customer Lists for Multiple Recipients<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When sending messages to multiple recipients, you need to prepare a list of customer phone numbers. You can upload this list by clicking the <strong>Upload CSV File<\/strong> button, which becomes active after you\u2019ve completed all required selections in the left panel. Alternatively, you can copy and paste data from an existing table directly into the ConnexEase screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the draft message includes variables, additional columns will appear next to the phone number column. Variables are shown in message previews as numbers within double curly brackets (e.g., <code>{{}}<\/code>). When a draft message like this is selected, the customer list will display the fields you need to fill in.
