For example, if you want to see tickets created in the previous month, use the <strong>Created Date<\/strong> condition and set it to <strong>Previous Month<\/strong>. Your report will then include only tickets from that period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ticket Conditions:<\/strong> Add rules based on specific ticket fields, content, or attributes. For example, if you want a report on tickets submitted via the <strong>Cancel \/ Return<\/strong> form, select the <strong>Form<\/strong> condition and choose <strong>Cancel \/ Return<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can also customize fields such as channel, topic, priority, and status under Ticket Conditions.
