You can customize ticket fields in Grispi to collect additional information about your customers or their issues, helping your team resolve tickets more efficiently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To add a custom field:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Go to Settings \u2192 Ticket Fields<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Make sure to provide appropriate titles and descriptions for customers or agents based on visibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
