Similarly, they can be used in support team member profiles to store private information like skills, areas of expertise, or working hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>User fields are an important tool for customizing the system to better meet user needs and personalize services. This allows you to serve users more effectively and manage the system more efficiently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To view the user area, click on a ticket on the Home page. On the page that opens, click the user icon. Under the <strong>User<\/strong> tab, you&#8217;ll see the available user fields.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The requester\u2019s full name and contact information are shown in the user area. You can customize these fields as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.grispi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/tickets2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-432\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Delete and Disable User Field<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can choose to delete or disable user fields: <strong>Deleted fields<\/strong> cannot be recovered, and all associated data will be permanently lost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Disabled fields<\/strong> are moved to the <strong>Inactive<\/strong> tab and can be reactivated if needed.
