These templates are used to respond faster to customer tickets and speed up workflows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For example, messages such as standard answers to frequently asked questions, transaction confirmations, thank you messages, or ticket status updates can be defined as quick message templates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quick message templates help the customer support team standardize responses and reduce response times. This increases customer satisfaction and enables agents to work more efficiently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can create your own quick message templates within the application by following the steps below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to <strong>Admin > Admin Panel > Templates<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select the <strong>Templates<\/strong> page.
