Click <strong>+Add Form<\/strong> to create a new ticket form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.grispi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/form3-2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-411\" style=\"width:175px;height:42px\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>3. On the form creation page, enter the <strong>name<\/strong> and <strong>description<\/strong> of the form. Use the drag-and-drop interface to add the fields you want to include.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.grispi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/form2-2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-412\" style=\"width:531px;height:92px\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>4. In the image below, you can see the <strong>default fields<\/strong> provided by Grispi under the <em>Selected Ticket Fields<\/em> section. These fields are mandatory and cannot be removed. Under <em>Existing Ticket Fields<\/em>, you&#8217;ll find custom fields you&#8217;ve already created, which can be reused in the form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.grispi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/form-2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-413\" style=\"width:583px;height:306px\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>5. To use the ticket form, open a ticket from the <strong>Home<\/strong> page and click the <strong>Forms<\/strong> section. Your available ticket forms will be listed in a dropdown menu. Each form can be customized with different fields. This allows you to collect the right information based on the type of ticket, helping reduce complexity and streamline your support process.
